UTM Builder

What it does

UTM Builder lets you build and manage UTM links for many companies at once. Each company gets its own workspace under <slug>.u.piotrlitwa.com (or its own CNAME), with its own dictionaries and access rules.

Core concepts

• Company (org) — a tenant, addressed by slug → slug.u.piotrlitwa.com; an optional custom domain via CNAME.
• Access grant — by whole e-mail domain (e.g. @company.com) or a specific address, mapped to a role.
• Role — admin (edits dictionaries, mappings and access) or user (generates links only).
• Dictionary — allowed values per parameter (source / medium / campaign / term / content) per company.
• Mapping — which medium is allowed for which source (your taxonomy).
• Saved link — optional; can carry a short code /l/<code>.

How teams use it

1. An admin sets the source/medium dictionaries and the allowed mappings.
2. Team members pick values from the dictionary instead of typing free text — so campaigns stay consistent.
3. Links can be saved and shared with a short code.
