Why I work the way I work

Most analytics problems I see aren't technical. They're organizational. Someone set up GTM three years ago, nobody checked it since, the agency reports look fine, and everyone assumes the data is correct. It usually isn't.

I started doing independent GTM audits because I kept seeing the same pattern: businesses spending significant budgets on ads, optimizing based on conversion data, and not realizing the conversion tracking had been broken for months. The wasted spend wasn't the worst part — the wrong strategic decisions made from bad data were.

Today I work exclusively on a retainer model — monitoring, not one-off projects. This means I catch problems before they become expensive, not after. And because I work async with monthly reports, clients get the value without the overhead of calls and meetings.

How I work

No standing calls, no weekly check-ins. You get a monthly written report with everything that was checked, found, and fixed. If you want to talk — that's fine, but it's never required.
